Climate Action Day in Little Rock: October 10, 2010

Energy efficiency improvements were an outreach mission effort at Simone’s House on Saturday, October 9. Volunteers helped with caulking, weather stripping and adding insulation at the home for girls, age 16 and older, transitioning out of the foster care system. An energy audit was conducted by the Heal-AR program of the Clinton Climate Initiative. After improvements were made, a second energy audit indicated that efforts cut air leakage in half.
