Love Bags

FREE Tighten-Up Gift Bags

“Love Your Neighbor” Tighten-Up Gift Bags went to 60 recipients at the Food Pantry in the Summer of 2016 and also to 15 families on February 15, 2015 and February 13, 2016 in the 12th St. Corridor of Little Rock. To help with future “Love Bags,” contact us at arkansasipl@gmail.com

Bags with CFL bulbs, faucet aerators, weather stripping, socket sealers, power strips, instructions and applications for free energy audits will go to our neighbors in need. Serving vulnerable populations is our mission.

Our partners include Neighbors That Love, a grassroots neighborhood association working out of the Greater Christ Temple Pentecostal Church on 12th St.; Second Presbyterian Church in Little Rock: National Audubon Society’s local Arkansas Chapter / Toyota Green “Common Cents” program; the Healthy Home Initiative of Village Commons; the Arkansas Chapter of U.S. Green Business Council, and the Office of Community-Based Public Health at the University of Arkansas Medical Sciences campus and the Arkansas Chapter of the Sierra Club.

Previous Tighten-Up Treat Bags have been distributed at St. Francis House in November 2014 and 2015, the Hillary Clinton Children’s Library in October 2013, the Mosaic Church in December 2013, and multiple Neighborhood Watch meetings in Pine Bluff in 2014.
